This year the TINGE side tables series gets a ‘refresh’ - it is still a mix and match collection that invites to combine your favourite shapes and colours into a unique table. Ulrike Jurklies; owner and designer of Dutch label mo man tai, defined the next installment of the TINGE side tables by selectively combining the acrylic sheet material in different thicknesses. PyraSied Xtreme Acrylic collected cut offs from their huge acrylic material collection for these furniture series. Contrasting or color coordinated acrylic leftovers, ranging from 2 to 6 mm are selected, lasercut and then assembled into a unique side table. The additional layers and shapes further reinforce the visual appeal of TINGE and complement their graphic look, showcasing the play of light, the reflections and the shadows of the colourful panels. The tables are assembled using simple joining techniques - no tools or unnecessary effort is required. Endless combinations are possible; mixing and matching the shapes and colours into a unique, personal piece of furniture.
