DNALWD2018 is a project set up in Leeuwarden, with the aim of bringing the people of Leeuwarden together and telling their stories. Anyone who feels connected to the current cultural capital can make a contribution by making their urban traces visible. People can fill a test tube with their 'DNA', something that shows who you are, what you stand for or what the city means to you. Everything is possible, as long as it fits in the tube.
All these personalized tubes come together to form an artful whole. A whole that shows how different people are, but also that despite all the differences, a beautiful city brings people together.

The rack for the tubes is supplied by PyraSied. The clear, translucent acrylic sheets ensure that the tubes receive all attention.
