LumenUs is a by TU/e students developed construction that is fully based on a pull- and push ratio. The complex structure consists of rods and steel cables that keep each other in balance. In the work of art, the bars are illuminated from the inside. The light reacts to the impulses of the public of GLOW. Because of this interaction with the public, through sensors, the colours change slowly.

This effect is the process of how, during a brainstorming session, several small ideas and impulses together form a complete plan; a regular tool used by both students and professionals. Thus, the ideas of the public together form the image and creates an interactive, dynamic and vibrant artwork, light and powerful to behold.
