In the renewed City Hall Forum, the municipality and the Forum (Library Zoetermeer and dozens of local organizations) work together under the same roof. Public areas of the town hall such as the public square, the Council Hall, the conference center, the library, the LIB center (Reading and Learning, Informing, Experiencing) are decorated colourfully and warmly. In Centrum LIB residents of the municipality can make use of the services of more than fourty Zoetermeer social and cultural organizations, including the ArchitectuurPunt.

The vision of the architect is aimed at expressing the switching function of the city hall in Zoetermeer even more and thus creating a place where all the Zoetermeer inhabitants feel at home.
